Dry feet on a wet ride are hard to come by. A breathable waterproof membrane sits between a soft inner yarn and a durable outer, so water stays out while sweat can still escape.

The unpadded construction is deliberate: it keeps bulk down so the sock works with close-fitting shoes, and the long leg gives proper coverage under trousers.
