Men's Coalesce Jacket

The Men's Coalesce Jacket from POC is an insulated layer with a lot of range. Wear it on its own through autumn and spring, or use it as a liner under a shell when winter properly arrives.

Warmth comes from Thermore Ecodown Fibers Genius, a fully recycled synthetic loose-fibre insulation held in slim channels so it stays evenly distributed rather than migrating into the corners. It keeps insulating even when the fibres get damp, which matters more in a British winter than most specifications do.

The outer is a recycled polyamide mini ripstop, backed with a tightly woven polyamide taffeta lining for durability and warmth, and treated with a fluorocarbon-free DWR to shrug off light rain and snow. The body has a straight fit, and a two-seam structure through the arms gives the sleeves better shape and more freedom to move.

Details are quietly practical: large hand pockets, wide elasticated cuffs hidden inside the sleeve to block draughts, an insulated hood with piping elastic around the opening, a one-handed drawcord at the hem and a reflective hanger loop for a little extra visibility in low light.
