Velo Shopper Pannier Bag

The Velo-Shopper is a pannier and shopping bag in one. On the bike it clips to your rack with the QL2.1 system, and off the bike the carry handles turn it into a roomy, waterproof shopping bag. An internal drawstring and a zipped inner pocket keep your load tidy and secure.
